Send Alpha-channel
You can send alpha-channel by SRT.
You need:

encoder side: SRTStreamer 0.9 (or above)

studio side: SRTMiniServer 1.8 (or above)
Common workflow is:
-
generate NDI/SDI with alpha-channel (in vMix, Adobe Premier etc).
-
capture this NDI by SRTStreamer and send to SRTMiniServer
-
SRTMiniServer handles this SRT feed and generate NDI/SDI output with alpha-channel
