Perhaps you have come across a situation where any application that you use suddenly crashes for some reason?
No program in the world is immune to such behavior, and in this case it is very important to have a tool that will allow developers to find the cause of such behavior and fix it as quickly as possible in order to provide the client with a quality product in a short time. That is why we added to our SRTserver such an option as "Crash reports"
Crash report allows to record all SRTMiniServer failures in a report that you can send to our developers for analysis and solving a problem.
To find a report, follow these steps:
Run SRTMiniServer
Navigate to "Utility" menu
Select "Logs" - > "Crash reports" options
4. In the opened window you will find the "UnsentCrashReportsfolder" with saved crashes
5. Under this folder please find "zip" file and send it to our email: Support@GaraninApps.com
