Line is a separate input that works independently of other lines. For example you can use one line for accept SRT feed from JVC camera and other line for accept SRT feed from iPhone at same time.
SRTMiniServer allows to receive up to 16 lines simultaneously.
Each line can be in:
Wait State ("Yellow" icon): line is free and wait incoming connection.
Processing State ("Green" icon): line is processing incomming data
Wait State
In this state the line is free and wait incoming connection from camera for example. In this state you can do Configuration . For example turn on record of incoming feed.
In this state line is processing incoming data (decodes video/audio and generate NDI output). You can see statistictics info about incoming data and processing. See section Processing Contol
